By accessing or using ShipSuite's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Service

ShipSuite provides logistics management software for courier companies and freight forwarders, including but not limited to:

• Shipment tracking and management
• AI-powered duty calculation
• Invoice generation and payment processing
• Customer relationship management
• White-label mobile applications

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Subscription and Billing

ShipSuite offers monthly subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

5. Duty Calculations

While we strive for accuracy in our AI-powered duty calculations, these are estimates only. Final duty amounts are determined by customs authorities. ShipSuite is not liable for any discrepancies between estimated and actual duty amounts.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of ShipSuite is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShipSuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Bahamas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
